Alex L. Kursman

Alex L. Kursman is a Research & Writing Attorney for the Federal Public Defender's Office, District of Delaware. In this capacity, Mr. Kursman focuses on pre-trial motions, sentencing and appellate issues before the Third Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Kursman received his J. D. from Temple University School of Law in 2009, where he was a recipient of the Law Faculty Scholarship and the Constance Maier Scholarship. Mr. Kursman was also a staff editor of the Temple Journal for Science, Technology and Entertainment Law.

Prior to joing the Federal Defender's Office, Mr. Kursman served as  a judicial intern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Nina Wright-Padilla.
