Daniel I. Siegel

Daniel I. Siegel is a Research & Writing Attorney for the Federal Public Defender's Office. In this capacity, Mr. Siegel focuses on appellate issues before the Third Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Siegel previously served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender and Chief Appellate Attorney in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Siegel has tried cases to jury verdict, represented clients at sentencing, argued appeals and litigated habeas corpus petitions.  Mr. Siegel has presented attorney training programs and served as a Defender representative on the staff of the United States Sentencing Commission.
