ousoulis is an Assistant Federal Public Defender. Upon graduation from the University of Richmond School of Law, Ms. Kousoulis clerked for the Honorable David G. Eynon of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division.

From September 1996 to September 2002, Ms. Kousoulis was an Assistant Public Defender for the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Ms. Kousoulis then joined the Federal Defender's Office, where she has defended a broad variety of federal criminal cases.
